A Place to Meet - and do business

The meeting room is approximately 40 square metres and will accommodate up to 20 guests theatre style or 16 guests boardroom style. It is comfortably furnished, quiet, well lit and fully air conditioned. It is only available for meetings where all the delegates are having lunch or dinner in the restaurant or are resident as hotel guests. Menus for the packages shown below are either from our restaurant lunch menu or our al la carte dinner menu. Flipcharts, a projection screen, television, video and telephone connection are available as part of the packages below.



Rates

All day (9am - 6pm) daily delegate rate to include morning and afternoon tea and coffee and 3 course lunch (subject to minimum charge for 4 persons £140) £37.50 per person

All day (9am - 6pm) daily delegate rate to include morning and afternoon tea and coffee and 2 course lunch (subject to minimum charge for 4 persons £140) £35.00 per person

Dinner bed and breakfast plus all day conference rate to include above £130.00 per person

All day daily delegate rate as above and dinner (3 courses and coffee from a la carte menu) £63.50 per person

Single bed and breakfast rate £80.00 per person

Dinner bed and breakfast rate £103.00 per person

CANCELLATION

All meeting room bookings are subject to a weeks notice of cancellation. In the event that the meeting is cancelled less than one week in advance (that is after 9am on the same day of the preceding week) we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £150 per day for every day booked which falls within the weeks notice period. Overnight accommodation booked by individual guests will be subject to our normal cancellation policy of 9am on the day of arrival. Accommodation bookings which form part of a meeting room package in which 4 or more rooms are booked will be subject to the same cancellation terms as the meeting room of 1 week.

PAYMENT

In the absence of credit facilities payment will fall due at the end of the meeting. In the case of meetings covering several days it will fall due on the last consecutive day of meetings.
